Physician-Led NICU Care
Every family at Tiny Steps is supported by a board-certified pediatrician with neonatal and pediatric hospitalist experience who understands NICU medicine in detail. This physician-led approach means one trusted clinician helps you interpret complex discharge plans, monitors growth, feeding, and development, and organizes next steps between specialist visits.
Clinical Expertise And Lived Experience
As both a pediatrician and a NICU mother, Dr. Daigle understands medical details and the emotional weight of coming home. She listens carefully, validates your questions, and explains care plans in plain language so you feel prepared, not rushed, during each appointment and in the weeks that follow.
Roadmap-Based Support For Every Stage
The Tiny Steps Roadmap organizes your child's journey into clear NOW, NEXT, and LATER priorities. We review growth, feeding, development, therapies, and specialist recommendations, then turn them into an updated plan you can follow at home, helping you move from day-to-day worry toward steadier confidence over the preschool years.
Dual Perspective
Dr. Daigle combines expert board-certified pediatric medicine with personal lived experience as a dedicated NICU mother.
Combined Care
Our membership brings together growth tracking, feeding assessments, developmental surveillance, and comprehensive therapy navigation seamlessly.
True Partnership
We intentionally complement your child’s primary pediatrician and specialists rather than replacing their necessary services.
Dr. Jessica Daigle
Founder & Board-Certified Pediatrician
Tiny Steps NICU Grad Care was created from both professional experience and personal understanding. As a pediatrician, NICU physician, and mother of a NICU graduate, Dr. Jessica Daigle understands that discharge is an important milestone—but it is not the end of a family’s NICU journey.
She created Tiny Steps to help bridge the gaps that often emerge after discharge, bringing medical expertise, developmental guidance, and coordinated support together in one place.
