Tiny Steps NICU Grad Care
Specialized Care For NICU Graduates, From Discharge Through The Early Years
Your Baby Is Home From the NICU. You Don’t Have to Navigate What Comes Next Alone.
Tiny Steps NICU Grad Care provides specialized, physician-led support for babies and families navigating life after NICU discharge.
From feeding and growth concerns to developmental monitoring, specialist coordination, and ongoing parent guidance, we help bring the pieces of your child’s care together into one coordinated plan. Our goal is to help families feel supported, informed, and confident as their child grows.
Because Your Baby’s Needs Don’t Wait for the Next Appointment.
At Tiny Steps, care doesn’t stop when your visit ends.
We provide scheduled virtual check-ins, secure communication for nonurgent concerns, personalized parent education, and ongoing care coordination to help families navigate the challenges that arise between appointments.
Whether a feeding plan isn’t working, a developmental concern arises, or a therapy referral is taking longer than expected, we help families understand their next steps and determine when additional evaluation or changes to the care plan may be needed.
